SHIPPING POLICY
1. THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
At HYPERO, we do not hold bulk inventory. To ensure the highest quality and minimize waste, every piece from the collection is printed specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

Production Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your garment to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

You will receive a notification email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
2. SHIPPING TIMELINES (INDIA)
Once production is complete, we ship via premium courier partners across India.

Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days.

Total Delivery Window: Most customers receive their pieces within 8 to 12 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note: Delivery to Northeast India, J&K, and rural areas may take an additional 2–3 days.
3. SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of ₹99 for all domestic orders.

Free Shipping: All orders above ₹1999 qualify for free standard shipping.
4. TRACKING YOUR IDENTITY
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active. You can track your package directly through our courier partner’s website.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & RTO (Return to Origin)
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or multiple refused delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee to send the package out a second time.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at aslicharmin@gmail.com. For damaged items, please refer to our Refund Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, HYPERO only ships within India. We are working on expanding our archive to global locations soon.
